If this doesn't work:

Netscape: make sure JAVA is enabled. Or open the browser and go: Edit>Preferences>Advanced  and make sure "Enable JAVA" is checked.

Internet Explorer: Go to Windows Update Center and "Virtual Machine" file. Note* Yes it will scan your harddrive and make sure its not there and just hasn't been enabled.
