Where do u turn after you have been abused in therapy? I was raped by a preacher when I was a kid so turning toward clergy is out of the question, friends are not people to lean on when the baggage is to heavy they always fade away, so I CRAWLED into therapy only to be so minimized that the humiliation of the lack of understanding forced me to withdraw from society. I have been boarded up in my home now for 9 months! WHERE DO U GO AFTER BAD THERAPY?
First, you can report the therapist to the state licensing board or professional organization with which s/he is affiliated. Secondly, you can seek out another therapist. That's the best course of action.
