My name is Sonja and I am a 27 year old female.

I am 27 years old, female, diagnosed 1 year ago after 12 years of hell. I have recovered well in the past year and continue to take an active role in my daily recovery. I would like to speak with those diagnosed with BPD, as well as spouses of those with BPD. I am very pro-active and desire to no longer see the BPD manipulate a torn down spouse or child. I am here to encourage the family and to encourage the BPD who feels like their bed has been made. I will share with them how to unmake that bed and move forward.
