Pam, 36 F. USA, ADD, ADHD, Bipolar, Depression , BPD
I have or had children with all of these . I am a stay at home mom. I will listen and try to help anyone one I am 36yrs old and a female from the US and only speak English I have a 12yr. old son that has ADHD and Depression. I have also worked with many children with other disorders I am a foster mom to 4 children for about the last 5yrs. I have had training in many different disabilities . My short stories is with my son at first i would not except that there was anything wrong with him. Then it got to the point i need up I took him to a doctor and the ran test and said he had ADHD I thought it was my fault and even blamed my self but it is not my fault or anyone's fault it just happens . Then I started reading everything i could get my hands on and listen to any one that would talk to me about it. When AARON was 5 yrs he climbed into a little tykes oven at school and pulled the door shout so no one could fined him because he felt different . Well the teacher thought i had picked him up early . So when I got there to get him he had been there all day. It made me wake up and get help for my son. I became a Parent Support Specialist , Ed advocate . to try and help people with the same problem I was having. The story does have a happy ending we found him and he was ok but I like to learn all I can and still learn new things ever day . I would love to try and help you or at least listen to you.
