My name is Juan, I am a 38 yr. old male. 

I'm a BPD sufferer and I'd like to exchange mail with other sufferers. Any age whether male or female is fine and I'm Asian and I've had the disorder for over 10 years already. It has affected me in my moods, feeling, lifestyle and life in general and I feel that with these experiences I can be of help to others. Psychotherapy has been helpful for me plus a strong belief in GOD has definitely been a big part of the healing process for me.
